For one of our dynamic, leading international clients in the medical industry, we are looking for a temporary administrative assistant for their Credit Collection / Accounts Receivable department. We are looking for a candidate who speaks and writes a fluent level of English. This is a 3-month temporary assignment and you will form a very crucial part of an outstanding international Credit & Collection team where your input will be valued. The role is part-time. You will work from their inspiring offices based in Amersfoort, in the middle of the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Answering the phone
• Updating customer records
• Entering credit card details on the system
• Providing contracts and invoice information to customers, as requested.
• Handle day-to-day operations and specific tasks in a fast paced environment
• Provide administrative support as needed to the credit & collections team
• Performs other duties as necessary or assigned by the Cash & Credit Manager.

Requirements

• MBO equivalent degree in business is desired; high school diploma is required.
• Attention to accuracy and detail oriented
• Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude and an aptitude for service is required in their high volume environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office products is required, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with SAP is a plus
