Our customer is Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer media and entertainment company. One of their main products is the streaming platform, which provides live channels, video on demand, sport and original content.

Your future project

As Team Leader for the German team, you will:

• Supervise, monitoring and develop a team of Customer Advisors;
• Guarantee continuous monitoring of the attainment by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes and develop strategies to improve results;
• Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on high-level performance;
• Have a unique opportunity to start working in a new market where you can directly contribute to the company’s fast-paced growth, and internally progress different job positions.

What do you need to be successful with us!

• Native or Proficient German and fluent English (minimum level B2)
• Great communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience in Customer Service or in team management is a great added value
