Our customer is Europe’s leading direct-to-consumer media and entertainment company. One of their main products is the streaming platform, which provided live channels, video on demand, sport and original content.

Your future project

As a German Advisor for Streaming Service – Lisbon, Portugal, you will:

• Responding to customers exclusively via email and chat service;
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues;
• Helping customers make the best choice from the extensive library of tv-show boxsets and movies;
• Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures;
• Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project;

We are looking for

• Native or Proficient German and fluent English (minimum level B2)
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus
• Ease in multitasking several applications at once
• For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
