Position Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a critical contributor to Voxpro and our clients overall narrative. In this role, youll be the front lines of interaction with our clients loyal customers. We are looking for personable and tech-savvy professionals to help support their rapidly growing customer base by responding to inquiries through email, phone, and social channels .This is a great opportunity to join a team that strives to always provide a Beautiful Customer Experience to those who are changing the world!
Responsibilities
Provision of an excellent support experience to Voxpro customers via email and occasionally via phone and chat
Investigate and research user issues and identify and escalate bugs so they can be resolved as quickly as possible
Always be on the lookout for ways to improve the way we do things
Advocate for users and pass ideas and best practices on to the rest of the team
Update the internal knowledge base when you discover something new
Establish effective working relationships with team members.
Adhoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
Ideally will have third level education in one of the following; Journalism, Visual Communications, Computer Science/ Web Design, Linguistics/Languages, Humanities, Commerce, Finance
Previous support experience
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations
Ability to work with systems you may not have come across before
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Comfortable working with computers
Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience
You are available to work Full-Time, Monday - Sunday between 6:00 am to 10:00 pm PST (8/5/40)
You are able to pass a standard background check

The physical requirements of this position and the physical activity of this position: Sedentary work.
