As a French Cosmetic Customer Advisor, you will empower your valuable technical skills while gaining a privileged view and know-how of the cosmetic market.

Your future project

As a French Cosmetic Customer Advisor, you will:

• Develop technical skills that will empower you to support the after-sales process and every step related (i.e. online orders, refunds…) and increase Brand Awareness.
• Become a part of an inclusive and supportive team who will work with you at achieving your development goals and receive consistent guidance and feedback from our dedicated team leaders and trainers.
• Evoque your passion for beauty cosmetics and use your expertise to advise customers about the products.

We are looking for

• Native or Proficient French and fluent English (minimum level B2)
• Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Previous experience in Customer Service or a sales representative is a plus
• For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
