GERMAN/ ENGLISH BILINGUAL CUSTOMER CARE AGENTS

About the Job

We recruit typically for the following roles (list not exhaustive by any means):
- The agent treats inbound, outbound calls & emails
- The agent is the contact of the customer: he/she applies operational instructions in order to deliver the best possible level of quality.
- The agent fills in and updates the database and manages the communication average time to achieve objectives.

Job profile

Soft skills:
- At ease with oral expression, relationship management, team work, dedication, engagement and diligence
- Sense of service, quality and result, with a customer-oriented twist
- Dynamic, stress-resistant, reacting promptly and willing to propose solutions

Know-how:
- English and German bilingual speaker
- Knowledge of the product and the customers’ needs (after training)
- Good knowledge of basic computer tools and specific software
- Mastering techniques of distant customer relationship management: advice, sales, care, etc.
- Knowledge of the car industry would be an advantage

Permanent contract (2 months of trial period) with a starting dates as follows:

7th October 2019

4th November 2019

2nd December 2019

36 hours/week between this amplitude:
Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 14:00

Basic annual salary + bonus per languages used & spoken + performance bonus
25 days off + 7 days RTT
