Main tasks

The Supervisor is responsible for the day to day production planning, the quantity and quality of Production.

• Responsible for the execution of the day to day production planning (based on resource and requested weekly production output)
• Coordinate and manage the production operators/employees in daily production, training and be a first point of contact for the employees.
• Escalate to the appropriate department's functions in case Production Output, Quality or Equipment is impacted (process, product or procedures).
• Participate in recruitment and performance reviews for operators.
• Detect and address or solve production bottlenecks
• Seek and encourage continuous improvement. Improvement areas are effectiveness, efficiency, work environment, safety and hygiene.
• The Supervisor takes part in the Production Support Team (PST)
• Responsible for setting production targets (e.g. daily production line output)
• Maintain and secure the correct execution of the quality procedures that are applicable for Production and product quality.

Requirements

• Experience: An experienced and all-round supervisor or 2-5 years in a related job and working environment
• It is essential that the person has knowledge and / or experience within the pharma or medical industry
• Languages:Dutch, English
• Computer skills: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Exact Globe (preferred)

• Hygiene:Great awareness of personal hygiene and must be able to work with a dressing code.
• Pro-active: A pro-active role for the Supervisor is expected when revenue is increasing.
